marvelous stay!
flavorful dishes ayurvedic massage private yoga
i had an marvelous stay! their indian dishes were flavorful and fresh. the ayurvedic massage i had was a highlight! private yoga classes were thoughtfully tailored.
The tiling around the pool is slippery when wet. i requested extra tissues for the bathroom. It took hours. the breakfast buffet was awful. Food was not replenished. the wifi was very slow. I canceled video conference meetings.

The hotel has a pool area! a welcome drink was offered. It was water with cinnamon. the premises were always clean and smelled fresh. The staff is always available for assistance. there are native dishes available.

The room had comfortable furnishings! the bed was comfortable and cozy. Even the bathroom was nothing messy. decor, amenities and comfort were up to the mark. The water pressure was amazing.

colonial building welcome touches drinks selection
The colonial building was beautiful , and I liked the welcome touches I saw upon arrival. The pool offered an escape from the hot weather , and I enjoyed my massage a lot. I found the drinks selection great , especially the delicious mocktails.

Acceptable stay with shortcomings
dreadful smell buffet breakfast
The hotel's historic heritage offered a unique experience. The team seemed to care for the guests.
The breakfast buffet was not amazing. The bathroom in my hotel room had a DREADFUL smell, possibly from the drain. The staff offered a room change instead of fixing it, it was not worth the hassle.

balanced experience overall
clean hotel perfect location smelly water slow service
the hotel had a beautiful, clean aesthetic. the location was perfect for sightseeing, i walked everywhere. the pool area was a bonus for cooling off after exploring the area. the food options provided good choices.
The filtered water in my room had an unpleasant smell. breakfast service was slow. It could be improved. i noticed staff seemed more focused on group tours than individual guests. this led to a lack of personalized hospitality.
